Saudi Aramco partners PTT in oil refinery project

Saudi Arabian oil company Saudi Aramco will be the strategic partner of the Petroleum Authority of Thailand (PTT) in the oil refinery project in Binh Dinh''s Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.
